$Clover Health (CLOV.US)$ shares experienced a rise of 19.99% in post-market trading on Tuesday following the announcement of a multi-year agreement by one of its subsidiaries with The Iowa Clinic.

Details of the Agreement: A subsidiary of Clover Health, Counterpart Health, has entered into a multi-year contract with the multispecialty healthcare group, The Iowa Clinic. This partnership involves providing Counterpart Health's cloud-based software platform to clinicians who manage care for the clinic’s Medicare Advantage and Medicare Shared Savings Program patients.

Platform Features and Benefits: Counterpart Assistant software will also be accessible to partners in The Iowa Clinic’s integrated network across the Midwest. Clover Health's subsidiary will receive a per-member, per-month payment and may also receive additional incentive payments based on the achievement of specific care management objectives.
