Beijing Tianjudi Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd., apart from Jiatianxia, Huajuxiay, Chetianxia, Pukaishejie, Pukaisiji, Zhongzhihongyuan, and South Tongs Zheng, issued a partial tender offer for all shareholders of Wanli Shares other than unlimited conditions, with a total of 30,657,480 shares, accounting for 20.00% of the total share capital of the listed company. The tender offer price is 7.00 yuan/share. The tender offer period is from August 6th, 2024 to September 4th, 2024.
At present, the tender offer period has expired. In order to further confirm the results of the tender offer, according to the relevant regulations of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the company's stock will be suspended for one trading day on September 5th, 2024 (Thursday), and will resume trading on the day of the announcement of the tender offer results.
