Asiaray (01993.HK) announced in a statement on September 4th that, based on the share incentive plan adopted by the company on May 17, 2018, a total of 1.974 million shares of the company were granted on May 31, 2024, accounting for approximately 0.41% of the total issued shares as of May 31, 2024 and the date of this announcement, and all the shares have been fully accepted by the grantees.
The board of directors believes that the share incentive granted under the 2024 grant has aligned the interests of the grantees with the group's interests through ownership of shares, dividends and other distributions and/or share appreciation, and recognizes the contributions made by the grantees in attracting and retaining talent to contribute to the group's ongoing operations and development.
