日経新聞の記事によると、「米司法省が米半導体大手エヌビディアの強制調査に乗り出したことが3日、明らかになった。反トラスト法(独占禁止法)による提訴を視野に、証拠を集めるための召喚状を送ったと米ブルームバーグ通信が報じた」とのこと。ブルームバーグの報道が正しいのか、あるいはこの[みんかぶ]の記事にあるようにエヌビディアは司法省からの令状を受け取ってはいないというのが正しいのか、どちらなのか明らかにしていただきたい。株式に関する報道には今回のブルームバーグのような「煽り」ともいえるような記事が株価が微妙に揺れ動いているときに頻繁に見受けられる。我々、個人投資家はこのような記事に翻弄され、時にはこのような記事を真に受け判断を誤り損失を被る場合がある。もしブルームバーグの記事が誤りならば、その責任はどうなるのだろうか。また、日経のようにブルームバーグの報道を日経新聞の記事として取り上げ拡散することはどうなのだろうか。株式に関する記事は裏付けが曖昧なまま報道しても構わないのだろうか。それともエヌビディアが偽りを言っているのだろうか。
