TeamSpirit, <4397>, provides a cloud service called "TeamSpirit" which integrates attendance management, expense reimbursement, and workload management.

Through cloud-based services, we offer customer services that promote "workstyle reform" for employees and companies. Specifically, we provide "TeamSpirit", which combines applications that employees use daily, such as attendance management, work management, workload management, expense reimbursement, and electronic approval, in one.

"TeamSpirit" not only records the time of arrival and departure, but also realizes the management of working hours as a measure to reduce long working hours and ensure health, such as the acquisition status of paid leave, the change in overtime hours, compliance with the 36 agreement, interval time, and the status of necessary holidays. We have built a stable business foundation with a SaaS subscription-based business model.

The company has been able to build a customer base mainly consisting of many listed companies and non-listed growth companies. In the framework of solutions such as employee attendance management and expense reimbursement, there are many competitors, but many of the competitors operate in the mid-small segment. The complexity and performance requirements of the desired product functionality differ between the mid-small and enterprise segments. The attendance management system for enterprises is a system in the mission-critical area, similar to ERP. The entry barrier is very high and there are hardly any SaaS competitors.

For many large companies, accelerating digital transformation (DX) has become a management issue. The company's current share stands at about 1.4% in the enterprise and mid-range markets, which are the target markets, indicating that there is still a vast untapped potential. The company sets a goal of ARR7 billion yen or more and an operating profit margin of 15% or more for the fiscal year ending in August 2026, and aims for steady growth through the accelerated growth in the enterprise market and the launch of new features and new domains. In the new domain, we have already introduced the AI meeting minutes solution "Synclog" and plan to gradually enter the market in the future. We aim to achieve an ARR contribution of about 5 to 10 billion yen by 2026 as a quantitative target in the new domain. By leveraging in-house development, alliances, and M&A, we plan to launch 3 to 5 new services by 2025, and accelerate upselling and cross-selling to existing users. We should keep an eye on the future developments of the company, which has entered the phase of turning a profit.
