Country Garden (02007.HK) announced that the group, together with its joint ventures and associates, achieved a total sales amount of approximately RMB 3.43 billion in August 2024, which is attributable to the shareholders of the company. The contracted sales area attributable to the shareholders of the company is approximately 0.35 million square meters.
At the request of the company, trading of the company's shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has been suspended since 9:00 am on April 2, 2024. Trading of the company's shares will remain suspended until further notice.
