According to the announcement from Wisdomcome Group Holdings (08079), after the trading hours on September 5, 2024, the company has entered into the subscription agreement with the subscribing parties. The company has conditionally agreed to issue and allot, while the subscribing parties have conditionally agreed to collectively subscribe for 0.104 billion shares of subscription shares at a subscription price of HKD 0.02 per share.
The subscription shares represent approximately 16.66% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company immediately following completion (assuming no changes in the issued share capital of the company other than the issuance of the subscription shares from the date of this announcement to the completion period).
