During an external interview, this employee disclosed the aforementioned data to multiple external consulting firms for personal gain. Such behavior has caused significant losses and a negative impact on the company.
The notice states that the employee's actions of leaking data and accepting paid external interviews violated the relevant provisions of the "Kuaishou Employee Handbook", "Kuaishou Employee Code of Conduct", and "Kuaishou Employee Information Security Regulations", constituting a serious violation of discipline. The company reserves the right to pursue legal responsibilities for their actions. At the same time, the company has decided to terminate the labor contract, make full-member official announcements, cancel all long-term incentives, cancel performance bonuses, include the employee in the Sunshine Integrity Alliance blacklist, and permanently prohibit future employment.
Recently, a report email has been circulating online, alleging that an employee from the Kuaishou Investment and Development Department leaked the company's core data and strategic plans for personal gain, resulting in a decrease in the company's stock price. The email was sent to multiple high-level executives at Kuaishou, including co-founder Cheng Yixiao.
