On May 10, 2024, bawang group (01338.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, bawang guangzhou (as the entrusting party), entered into an EPC contract with zhensen power co., ltd. (as the entrusted party) to provide EPC services for the huashan phase 1 project of bawang guangzhou. The contract price is RMB 5,210,000 (including tax).
Subsequently, on September 6, 2024, bawang guangzhou (as the entrusting party) entered into an EPC contract with zhensen power co., ltd. (as the entrusted party) to provide EPC services for the huashan phase 2 project of bawang guangzhou. The contract price is RMB 9,700,000 (including tax).
The signing of the EPC contract will utilize the rooftops of multiple buildings to install distributed photovoltaic power generation systems. The planned installed capacity of the huashan phase 1 project is approximately 1.82 megawatts, and the planned installed capacity of the huashan phase 2 project is approximately 3.42 megawatts.
