Qingyang City Construction will entrust the asset symbols within the 1780-mu range of the Intangible Heritage Expo Park to Borui Broadcasting and its subsidiaries within the scope of consolidation or prospective consolidation for overall planning, development, and operation, while independently engaging in subsequent investment, marketing, operation, and management, and the two parties will share revenue in accordance with the agreed terms of the agreement.
