On September 8th, Guangdong Hongyuan (000792.SZ) announced that in order to accelerate the construction of a world-class salt lake industry base and create a world-class salt lake industry group, in accordance with the principles of law, regulations, and friendly negotiations, the actual controlling shareholder of the company, Qinghai Provincial Government State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), the controlling shareholder Qinghai Investment Holding, and China Minmetals Corporation plan to jointly establish China Salt Lake Group. The registered capital of China Salt Lake Group is 10 billion yuan, and the equity structure is planned as follows: China Minmetals Corporation holds 53.00%; Qinghai Provincial Government SASAC holds 18.73%; Qinghai Investment Holding holds 28.27% (the aforementioned registered capital and shareholding ratio are provisional and shall be subject to the actual situation after the establishment of China Salt Lake Group). At the same time, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Cooperation Agreement", China Salt Lake Group plans to use cash to purchase 681,288,695 shares of the company's stock held by Qinghai Investment Holding and its concerted action person Wuhu Xinzeying.

After this equity change is completed, Qinghai Investment Holding and its concerted action person Wuhu Xinzeying will no longer directly hold company shares, and China Salt Lake Group will directly hold 681,288,695 shares of the company's stock (accounting for 12.54% of the company's current total share capital). The controlling shareholder of the company will be changed from Qinghai Investment Holding to China Salt Lake Group, and the actual controlling shareholder will be changed from Qinghai Provincial Government SASAC to China Minmetals Corporation.
