On the afternoon of September 9th, Sina Technology reported that Kuaishou announced the official launch of the Keling AI Director Collaboration Program, joining forces with 9 directors to use AIGC technology to produce film-level content and jointly release 9 AIGC film shorts. It is understood that the directors participating in this program include Li Shaohong, Jia Zhangke, Ye Jintian, Xue Xiaolu, Yu Baimiao, Dong Runnian, Zhang Chiyu, Wang Zichuan, and Wang Maomao.
Kuaishou stated that the 9 directors will rely on the technical capabilities of Keling AI to produce 9 AIGC film shorts with no restrictions on themes. All 9 shorts will be generated entirely by Keling AI, with the film directors fully relying on video generation models and actively participating in the creative process of film-level content. This is the first of its kind in China.
