(Gaoshi Technology), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has recently signed a technology transfer, development and commercialization agreement with Geuder AG (Goethe), an important upstream partner of the Group in Germany, to introduce technology related to the world's leading ultra-breast surgery system (including equipment and supporting consumables), and commercialize it at the Group's Shenzhen base, and commercialize it for specific markets around the world.
The ultra-breast hysterectomy system introduced in this collaboration (including equipment and supporting consumables) is mainly used in the treatment of cataracts and fundus diseases.
