As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Yu Zengyun indirectly held 101,664,147 shares of the company through Huaqiao Industrial, accounting for 23.90% of the company's total share capital. Among them, the total number of pledged shares was 67,000,000 shares, accounting for 15.75% of the company's total share capital and 65.90% of the company's shares held by them.
