Gelonghui, September 9, 丨 Zhilai Technology (300771.SZ) announced that the board of directors agreed that the company would jointly invest with Shenzhen Xibo Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (“Xibo”) and other partners to establish a Shenzhen Xibo Antai Venture Capital Partnership (limited partnership) (“partnership”) under the premise that risks are generally manageable. At the same time, the board of directors of the company authorized relevant parties to sign relevant agreements and handle related matters. The maximum total size of the partnership shall not exceed 166.5 million yuan, and the final size is based on the actual amount raised. Among them, the company, as a limited partner, invested RMB 20 million from its own capital, and the remaining capital was raised by Xibo from other partners. The investment goals of the partnership are strategic emerging industries such as advanced manufacturing, next-generation electronic information, and high-end equipment manufacturing, in order to obtain capital appreciation benefits.
