We note that hedge funds don't have a meaningful investment in Cricut. Petrus Trust Company, LTA is currently the company's largest shareholder with 58% of shares outstanding. This implies that they have majority interest control of the future of the company. Meanwhile, the second and third largest shareholders, hold 14% and 2.1%, of the shares outstanding, respectively. Ashish Arora, who is the second-largest shareholder, also happens to hold the title of Chief Executive Officer.
