Gelonghui, September 11, 丨 ST Infineon (002528.SZ) announced that on June 9, 2023, the company signed a “Shenzhen Huixin Zhongyi 5 Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)” partnership agreement with Shenzhen Qianhai Lihui Fund Management Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Triassic New Energy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Triassic Zero Carbon Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Triassic Zero Carbon”) to jointly invest in Shenzhen Huixin Zhongyi 5 Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) as a limited partner Million yuan, with a pledged investment ratio of 40.98%. The partnership plans to invest in the Guangzhou Triassic Green Energy Industry Development Partnership (limited partnership) (“Triassic Green Energy” for short) and hold a share of Triassic Green Energy's assets. In order to reduce investment risks, optimize resource allocation, and protect investors' interests, all partners recently agreed that the partnership will transfer all of their shares of Triassic Green Energy assets to Triassic Zero Carbon, use September 13, 2024 as the fund termination date, and distribute them according to the relevant agreement in the “Partnership Agreement” to achieve fund liquidation and withdrawal. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the company has made an actual investment of 5 million yuan in the partnership, and the fund liquidation allocation is estimated to recover 5.4429 million yuan.
