Gelonghui September 11 丨 Seiko Technology (002006.SZ) announced the 2024 employee stock ownership plan. The source of the shares in the employee stock ownership plan is the shares already repurchased in the company's special securities account. After the employee's shareholders' shareholding plan is reviewed and approved by the company's shareholders' meeting, the company's shares held in the company's special securities account will be acquired and held through non-transactional transfers, etc., in total not more than 7.499982 million shares, accounting for 1.65% of the company's current total share capital. The specific amount of shares held is determined by the actual amount of the employee's contributions, and the company will promptly fulfill its information disclosure obligations as required. This plan does not set up reserved shares. The employee's shareholding plan allows the company to repurchase the company's shares held in the special securities account at a transfer price of 7.88 yuan/share.
