According to the Zhitong Finance App, CITIC Securities (06030) announced that CSI MTN Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or guarantor), a subsidiary of CITIC Securities International, a wholly-owned overseas subsidiary of the company, established an overseas medium-term note program (hereinafter referred to as the winning ticket plan) with a total principal amount of up to 3 billion US dollars (or equivalent in other currencies) on March 29, 2022. The winning plan is guaranteed by CITIC Securities International.
On September 3, 2024, the issuer issued a note with an amount of 10 million US dollars under the winning ticket plan.
After this issuance, the total principal balance of the notes issued by the issuer under the winning ticket plan was 1.03 billion US dollars.
