Harmony Auto (03836) issued an announcement, the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors received a letter from Zhonghui Anda Certified Public Accountants LLP (Zhonghui Anda) dated September 12, 2024 (the letter), related to their resignation as the Group's auditors, effective from September 12, 2024, due to the disagreement between the company and Zhonghui Anda on audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024; and the partners and audit team responsible for auditing the Group's financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, have left Zhonghui Anda and joined another accounting firm.
Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, Beijing Xinghua Dingfeng Certified Public Accountants LLP (Beijing Xinghua) has been appointed as the company's auditor, effective from September 12, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Zhonghui's resignation, with a term until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
