■Densan System Holdings＜4072＞ Company Overview

The company was established as a wholly owned parent company of Computer Computing System Co., Ltd., which is an independent comprehensive information processing service company, through a sole stock transfer in 2021/7, and is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter, Tokyo Stock Exchange) Prime Market and Nagoya Stock Exchange (hereafter, name certificate) premier market. By distributing all shares of Softtex Co., Ltd., DSK Payment Co., Ltd. (trade name changed from DS Technologies Co., Ltd. in 2024/5), Garden Network Co., Ltd., Goga Co., Ltd., PSI Co., Ltd., Microresearch Co., Ltd., and System Engineering Co., Ltd., which is owned by Densan Systems, became direct investment companies of the company, and at the same time, System IC Co., Ltd., which is a wholly owned subsidiary, was absorbed and merged with Computer Systems. In 2022/3, in addition to making CMC Co., Ltd., a system development company, a wholly owned subsidiary, business began in 16 Computer Digital Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, JDDS), which is a joint venture with the 16 Financial Group (hereinafter, 16 FG).

1. HISTORY

The company was established in 1967 as Gifu Electronic Computing Center Co., Ltd. through joint investment between local companies and regional banks for the purpose of entrusting information processing operations for companies in Gifu prefecture. Although it is a regional enterprise, its technical capabilities and a corporate culture that actively challenges advanced things combined to increase its business and presence, such as starting the nation's first bank transfer service in 1973/4 as a private company. In 1977, the company name was changed to Computer System in order to expand business outside Gifu Prefecture.

The company's founding business is an information service business, and in this field, they worked to expand the business area and customer base without being limited to data processing, such as the launch of the “POS online service” in 1982 and the back-office business contract for the post office “hometown parcel” business in 1986. In 1997, we once again started a payment agency service at convenience stores as the first service in Japan. This later grew into the core business of the storage agency service business as a “payment slip settlement service.”

In 2020/8, along with the spread of the internet, mobile, and IoT, the information security business company PSI was made a group company in order to further expand and develop the security business. Furthermore, Computer System Holdings was established in 2021/7 due to the sole stock transfer of Densha System. Furthermore, since the company is promoting expansion strategies for the storage agency service business, cloud service business, etc., it has launched a full-scale security business in these businesses against the backdrop of customer needs to strengthen information security and the seriousness and sophistication of cyber attacks. In 2022/3, we started business in JDDS, which is a merger business company with 16 FG, and we are working on digitalization and DX promotion of regional enterprises and government. In 2022/9, “AWS Solution Provider” certification was obtained from Amazon Web Services (AWS), added value was added with certified partners, and the “AWS Solution Provider Program,” which is a program for reselling AWS to customers, was concluded.
