Zoomlion (000157.SZ) announced on September 13th that the company plans to terminate the reorganization and listing of its subsidiary Hunan Zoomlion Intelligent Aerial Work Machinery Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zoomlion Aerial Machinery" or "the target company") through the reorganization with Shenzhen Roadrover Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Roadrover Technology").
Since the planning of this reorganization and listing, the company and all parties involved have actively promoted various works and fulfilled the obligations of information confidentiality and disclosure in accordance with relevant regulations. However, in view of the significant changes in the current market environment since the initial planning of this reorganization and listing, in order to effectively safeguard the interests of the listed company and the general investors, after full consideration and prudent deliberation with all parties concerned, the company plans to terminate the listing of Zoomlion Aerial Machinery.
