SPROCOMM INTEL (01401) announced that the board of directors of the company has been informed by its controlling shareholder, Super New Limited, that on September 13, 2024, Super New sold 0.165 billion shares of the company to other parties.
According to the directors, they are well aware, fully informed, and certain that the other parties are independent third parties unrelated to the company and its related persons. As of the date of this announcement, Super New, established by executive director Mr. Xiong Bin, holds 100% equity for the benefit of the family trust.
