Seal Inc Informs Winding Up Petition Against Unit Now Withdrawn

Seal Incorporated has informed that the winding-up petition filed against Seal Properties KL by LDE in the Penang High Court has been withdrawn and discontinued on 12 September 2024. This is in furtherance to the release of the Settlement Sum by SPKL and receipt of the Settlement Sum by LDE in accordance with the TSA.
