Sun.King Tech (00580) announced that on September 14, 2024, one of its subsidiaries as the supplier, signed a six-party agreement with Changzhou Borui Power Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., Nanjing Nari Semiconductor Co., Ltd., XJ Electric Co., Ltd., Xi'an Xi Electric Power System Co., Ltd., and Rongxinhuikedi Electric Co., Ltd. (collectively referred to as the "demand side") to purchase electrical electronic devices totaling RMB 0.624 billion from the aforementioned subsidiary. These devices will be used in the Gansu-Zhejiang ±800 kV ultra high pressure direct current transmission project (Gansu enters Zhejiang project).
The Gansu enters Zhejiang project is a key project in the national "14th Five-Year" power development plan, and it will help promote the development and export of new energy from the large-scale wind and photovoltaic base in the western "Shaogao Desert". As a supplier of electrical electronic devices, our group actively participates in the construction of the ultra high pressure direct current transmission project and can provide various key devices to support the country's low-carbon transformation of energy.
