U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 100 points on Tuesday.
Shares of Sky Harbour Group Corporation (NYSE:SKYH) fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company announced a securities purchase agreement to issue 3,352,106 PIPE shares for net proceeds of about $31.8 million, on a net purchase price of $9.50 per share with potential for additional $63 million by Dec. 2024.
Sky Harbour Group shares dipped 10.9% to $11.80 in pre-market trading.

- Guardant Health, Inc. (NASDAQ:GH) shares fell 4.9% to $24.14 in pre-market trading after declining 5% on Monday.
- SMART Global Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:SGH) shares dipped 3.8% to $18.56 in pre-market trading.
- Instil Bio, Inc. (NASDAQ:TIL) shares fell 3.9% to $61.82 in pre-market trading after dipping 24% on Monday. The company announced the global registrational strategy for the PD-L1xVEGF bispecific antibody SYN-2510/IMM2510 in combination with chemotherapy in front-line non-small cell lung cancer and in front-line triple-negative breast cancer.
- Fitell Corporation (NASDAQ:FTEL) shares declined 3.5% to $19.90 in pre-market trading after jumping over 30% on Monday.
- Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE:MUFG) shares fell 3% to $10.14 in pre-market trading.
