Fin Street PPT (01502) announced that non-executive director Zhao Lu has resigned from the company's non-executive director position due to changes in his work arrangements.
Zhao Lu's resignation will take effect after the election of a new non-executive director at the temporary shareholders' meeting held by the company, during which time he will continue to perform his duties as a non-executive director and a member of the board's audit committee in accordance with applicable laws and the company's Articles of Association.
The board of directors has proposed nominating Guo Mingming as a candidate to replace Zhao Lu as a non-executive director, but the appointment will be subject to approval by the shareholders at the temporary shareholders' meeting.
