It is reported that the target company is mainly engaged in gosling incubation, geese farming, animal slaughter, processing, and sales. The target company currently holds valid pollution discharge permits and animal epidemic prevention qualification certificates.
The board of directors believes that the acquisition can provide multiple strategic advantages, generate synergies with the group's smart kitchen appliances business, and allow the target company to expand its existing Gushi Goose breeding scale and strengthen its production lines for poultry slaughter and processing. In addition, it is expected that the acquisition will enable the target company to increase its sales by leveraging the group's well-known brand in the Chinese market.
