Nur Holdings (00254.HK) announced that the company is expected to record a loss attributable to owners of approximately 5 million Hong Kong dollars to 15 million Hong Kong dollars for the year ending June 30, 2024, while a profit attributable to owners of approximately 0.202 billion Hong Kong dollars was recorded for the 18 months ending June 30, 2023. The board of directors believes that the change from profit to loss is mainly due to the lack of debt restructuring income and the income from the sale of subsidiary companies for the current year (recorded approximately 0.328 billion Hong Kong dollars and 37.66 million Hong Kong dollars, respectively) other income.
