On September 23, Gelonhui reported that sh ind urban development (00563.HK) announced that on September 23, 2024, its wholly-owned subsidiary sh ind urban Shanghai Construction was successfully awarded the bid in the tender process for project consultation services appointed by Shanghai Shenyu. According to the bid confirmation letter, sh ind urban Shanghai Construction was confirmed as the successful bidder for project consultation services, and the relevant terms need to be finalized in a project consultation service agreement between sh ind urban Shanghai Construction and Shanghai Shenyu before they can proceed.
The project involves the widening and reconstruction of the G50 expressway (Shanghai section) from the east side of Jiamin Elevated Road to the west side of Lianxi Expressway, with a total length of approximately 35.5 kilometers, as well as the expansion and improvement project of Dianshan Lake Service Area, the transformation of horizontal cross-line bridges, horizontal road reconstruction, involving road works, bridge works, structural works, drainage works, smart highway, as well as lighting, signs, markings, landscaping and other ancillary works ("the Project").
