(referred to as "Snow Cedar Trust"). The company received the "Case Acceptance Notification" ((2024) Gan 01 Execution No. 691) issued by Nam Cheong Intermediate Court on September 23, 2024, stating that the court deemed the company's execution application met the statutory acceptance conditions and decided to commence the enforcement proceedings.
