Gelonghui September 23 | King Zun Group (02882.HK) announced that, according to the information currently obtained by the board of directors and the preliminary review of the unaudited comprehensive management accounts of the group for the year ended June 30, 2024, the board of directors expects the company's shareholders to record a loss of approximately HK$0.13 billion to HK$0.14 billion for the year, while a loss of approximately HK$90 million was recorded for the year ended June 30, 2023. The board of directors believes that the increase in losses is mainly due to the soaring gold price causing hedge losses, affecting the fair value of gold loans.
