On September 24, Galonghui, jiangsu guoxin corp.,ltd. (002608.SZ) announced that the CR Yuanda Fund-Shenzhen Overseas Chinese City Industrial Investment Co., Ltd.-CR Yuanda Fund Qiao Xin No. 1 Single Asset Management Plan (referred to as the "Qiao Xin No.1 Asset Management Plan") holding 28,571,400 shares of the company (0.76% of the total share capital of the company) was set up by the major shareholder Shenzhen Overseas Chinese City Capital Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Overseas Chinese City Capital") to comply with the relevant regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The Overseas Chinese City Capital and the Qiao Xin No.1 Asset Management Plan jointly calculate the reduction amount treated on a consolidated basis. Overseas Chinese City Capital plans to reduce the company's shares by no more than 28,571,400 shares (0.76% of the total share capital of the company) through the Qiao Xin No.1 Asset Management Plan in a centralized bidding manner within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement.
