Glory 25th September | Bank of Tianjin (01578.HK) issued an announcement, stating that the bank has recently received the "Approval of Gu Chaoyang's Qualifications for the Position as Independent Non-Executive Director" from the Tianjin Financial Regulatory Bureau (Tianjin Finance Approval [2024] No. 212), approving Mr. Gu Chaoyang's qualifications to serve as the bank's independent non-executive director. According to relevant regulations, Mr. Gu Chaoyang has assumed the position of independent non-executive director of the bank, director and Chairman of the Board of Directors' Inclusive Finance Development and Consumer Rights Protection Committee, member of the Board of Directors' Audit Committee, and member of the Board of Directors' Related Party Transaction Control Committee since September 22, 2024.
