On September 25th, Jincheng Jiaye (02210.HK) announced that the company has appointed Zhuojia Professional Business Limited to provide certain company secretarial services, and Ms. Mo Minghui has been nominated by Zhuojia to serve as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent.
The board of directors further announced that Ms. Mo has resigned as joint company secretary, and will no longer serve as authorized representative and legal process agent, effective from September 25, 2024. Ms. Liang Yingxian has been appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, with effect from September 25, 2024. Following the above changes, Mr. Chen Shuang will continue to serve as another joint company secretary.
