(abbreviated as 'Sunriver Danxia Mountain Cultural Tourism'), recently participated in the judicial auction organized by Renhua County People's Court for the overall judicial auction of a commercial real estate project located on Danxia Avenue, 106 National Highway (formerly the Aluminum Platinum Factory) in Renhua County, with a bid of 135.918496 million yuan (excluding relevant taxes and fees required for the transfer of the transaction) to acquire the above-mentioned asset symbol.
Danxia Mountain Scenic Spot is a world natural heritage site, a national key scenic spot, a national nature reserve, a national geological park, a national 5A-level tourist attraction, one of the first batch of world geological parks, one of the top ten most beautiful forest tourist destinations in Guangdong Province, and also one of the leading tourist attractions in Guangdong Province. The assets acquired by Sunriver Danxia Mountain Cultural Tourism through participating in the judicial auction will be used to develop the Danxia Mountain Scenic Area North Gate Visitor Distribution and Service Center, supporting hotels and parking lots, cultural exhibition experiences, and other comprehensive tourism facilities, in conjunction with the five tourism franchise projects that the company has obtained in the Danxia Mountain Scenic Area, providing visitors with a more comfortable, convenient, and diverse tourism experience in visiting Danxia Mountain, aiming to develop the Danxia Mountain Scenic Spot into a comprehensive tourism and resort area integrating sightseeing, vacationing, leisure, and entertainment, create a new landmark for tourism and culture in Shaoguan, and promote the sustainable, healthy, and high-quality development of the Danxia Mountain Scenic Spot.
