(referred to as 'Shanghai Junyang') against defendant Shanghai Gengstar Construction for a construction contract dispute.
Shanghai Gengstar's amount frozen in this case is 1,837,923.01 yuan, accounting for 0.7800% of the company's most recently audited net assets, and 0.9150% of the company's net assets as of the end of the first half of 2024; the actual frozen account balance of Shanghai Gengstar in this case is 8,618.69 yuan, accounting for 0.0037% of the company's most recently audited net assets, and 0.0043% of the company's net assets as of the end of the first half of 2024. The freeze of Shanghai Gengstar's bank account this time did not have a substantial impact on the company's overall normal operation and management, and did not constitute a situation where it would significantly adversely affect the company's production operation, or business performance.
