On the 25th, Takuma <6013> announced that its subsidiary Japan Thermo Energy will acquire all the shares of Daiichi Sanki and Sanki Engineering, located in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, and will be consolidated as a subsidiary as of September 30th.
Japan Thermo Energy's main business is the manufacturing, sales, and maintenance of general-purpose boilers used as heat source equipment in commercial facilities and factories. Daiichi Sanki specializes in the manufacturing and sales of small biomass boilers that use by-products such as compost and rice husks derived from agriculture and livestock industries. Sanki Engineering is responsible for the design of these products.
Through the acquisition of both companies as subsidiaries this time, Japan Thermo Energy aims to enhance its product lineup by adding small biomass boilers that can suppress the use of fossil fuels through the utilization of agricultural and livestock by-products, strengthening its ability to meet customer needs.
The company group will continue to focus on the utilization of renewable energy and environmental conservation, striving for technological development and service expansion to contribute to solving the challenges of customers and society.
