Gelonghui on September 27th announced that Hangzhou Thermal Power (605011.SH) will publicly lease eight properties and 48 underground parking spaces located in the Binjiang District of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, in the Jiangnan Constellation 2 Building, Units 1, 4-7, for a period of 10 years (including rent-free period), with the rent based on the valuation and not lower than the valuation.
Based on the evaluation report of the annual rental income of the real estate and parking spaces owned by Hangzhou Thermal Power Group Co., Ltd. involved in the implementation of the asset leasing business issued by Jiaxing Zhonglei Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. (Jia Zhong Lei Eval Word (2024) No. 100), the eight properties to be leased this time are set to have an annual lease price not less than 3,486,489.34 yuan, and the 48 parking spaces are set to have an annual lease price not less than 230,400 yuan, with a total annual lease price of not less than 3,716,889.34 yuan. The final leasing income is subject to the actual leasing results.
