On September 24, 2024, the Peking Property Rights Exchange issued a "Trading Contract Notification," notifying the company that the intended transferee of this listed transfer is Beijing Zhonglv Garden Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Zhonglv Garden"), with a fill price of 1.269 billion yuan. Beijing Zhonglv Garden is also the only qualified bidder in this listed transaction. According to the property rights trading rules, the company will sign a physical asset trading contract with Beijing Zhonglv Garden within 10 working days from the receipt of the "Trading Contract Notification" and handle related matters.
