Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. has decided to change its representative directors as follows at today's board of directors meeting.
Regarding Taka Hiroshi, at his request, he resigned from the company as the representative director, president, chief executive officer, and director on September 30. His successor, Katsuaki Watanabe, will concurrently serve as the chairman of the board of directors from October 1.
