On September 30, Gelunhui reported that Zhongxin Metal (601061.SH) announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation report from Mr. Liu Yanlong, a director and general manager of the company, on September 30, 2024. Due to reaching the statutory retirement age and completing the retirement procedures, Mr. Liu Yanlong applied to resign from the positions of director, general manager of the second board of directors, member of the Compensation and Evaluation Committee, and member of the Strategic Committee, and will not hold any other position in the company after resigning. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Liu Yanlong does not hold any company shares. Mr. Liu Yanlong confirmed that there were no differences of opinion between him and the company and the board of directors, and there were no other matters to be notified to the company's shareholders due to his resignation.
