Zhitong Finance APP News, Kwong Man Kee (08023) announced that Mr. Law Pui Cheong has expressed his intention to retire, has submitted his resignation as an independent non-executive director of the company, chairman of the audit committee, and member of the legal compliance committee, effective from October 1, 2024, in order to devote more time to personal affairs.
From October 1, 2024, the composition of the Board of Directors will change as follows: (a) Mr. Law will no longer serve as chairman of the audit committee and member of the legal compliance committee; and (b) Ms. To Yee Man, the current independent non-executive director of the company, has been appointed as chairman of the audit committee and member of the legal compliance committee.
