According to the Zhitong Finance App, CITIC Construction Investment Securities (06066) announced that CSCIF Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or guarantor), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, established an overseas medium-term notes program with a total guaranteed principal amount of up to 4 billion US dollars (or equivalent amount calculated in other currencies) on April 26, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the winning ticket plan), and completed multiple note issuance under this plan.
On September 27, 2024, the issuer completed the issuance of two notes (hereinafter referred to as the current note) under the winning ticket plan. The total amount of the issued principal amount was approximately 0.264 billion US dollars, of which type 1 had a term of 3 years and an amount of 0.15 billion US dollars; the term of type 2 was 364 days, and the amount was about 0.114 billion US dollars.
