The company plans to raise more equity capital for GDS Holdings through Series B financing, with the process already initiated, and the financing is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.

The bank further mentioned that with stable growth in domestic business EBITDA and significant enhancement in investment and delivery of international business expected in 2025, the company's growth prospects are opening up. It is anticipated that the company's revenues for 2024/2025/2026 will be 113.87/130.7/291.15 billion yuan respectively, with adjusted EBITDA of 5.094/5.991/7.162 billion yuan.
