The company's attributable losses to equity holders amounted to approximately RMB 1.597 billion, an increase of about 326.5% year-on-year. The basic loss per share was RMB 83.5 cents.

The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to the decrease in the saleable/leasable area of completed property development projects delivered by the Group during the period compared to the same period in 2023.
