Nissin Foods Co., Ltd. will release “Nissin's Donbei PRO High Protein & Low Carb Kitsune Udon,” “Maneki no Eki Soba Kitsune,” “Maneki no Eki Soba Tempura,” and “Cup Noodle Hokkaido Rich Milk Shihu Road Noodle” in 2024/10.

Nissin Donbei PRO High Protein & Low Carb Fox Udon (released 10/7)

1. Udon noodles are chewy and have a smooth texture. Carbohydrates were removed by kneading in dietary fiber. 2. A flavourful dipping sauce that harmonizes the “three-layer dashi,” which brings out the umami of the soup “Muneta × hondashi × kombu,” and whole soybean soy sauce. The protein content of “Nissin's Donbei Kitsune Udon” remains the same, but the amount of protein has been increased. 3. Plump fried chicken made with 100% whole soybeans as an ingredient. Carbohydrates have been removed while keeping the juicy texture and flavor unique to “Nissin Donbei Kitsune Udon.” Other than that, it contains green onions. 4. Add “colorful shichimi” with a gorgeous flavor.
