The board of directors declared that on October 1, 2024, Ritant Club (as the lessor) and Laiyuan Aowei (an indirectly affiliated company, as the lessee) signed the 2024 lease agreement to renew the property.
It is reported that the property is located at 1st floor to 2nd floor 101, Building 4, No. 1 Ri Tan Dong Road, Chaoyang District, Peking, including some rooms and parking spaces.
The announcement stated that the property under the 2024 lease contract will be used by the lessee for office purposes in the normal course of business. The terms and rent of the 2024 lease contract were agreed upon after fair negotiations between the parties and were determined by referencing the rent paid for properties under the 2021 lease contract and the current market rents of similar properties in nearby areas.
