Significantly rebounded. It has been announced that a demonstration experiment has begun at a major beverage and food business holding company for their new service "Discoveriez AI", which supports the reduction of workload and business efficiency in customer support using AI (artificial intelligence) generated. They will conduct gradual demonstration experiments to improve accuracy of summarizing information from telephone conversations with customers, automate the categorization of summarized information, and strengthen internal and external information retrieval capabilities, evaluating and verifying the text generation AI.
