This "Integrated Report 2024" is the third issue. Focusing on the "development of human capital," it elaborates on its initiatives from a multifaceted and comprehensive perspective and introduces many employees who work actively in various areas. It also includes the current status of initiatives under the medium-term management plan started in April 2023, challenges and future strategies regarding stock price and PBR, as well as risk analysis results in line with TCFD recommendations. An English version of the report is scheduled to be released in November.
The company actively uses the Integrated Report as a tool to encourage dialogue with all stakeholders and will further strive to disseminate information that leads to a better understanding of the company's initiatives.
